Albrighton Players are happy to announce that tickets are now on sale for Cash on Delivery by Michael Cooney. We are performing at Albrighton Primary School from Wednesday 19th November until Saturday 22nd November 2014. Tickets are £8 for adults and £7 for concessions. However for the price conscious we have our “Opening Night Special” where all tickets are just £6!

It’s early but I know some like to plan ahead and get in early to snag the best seats.

The play is a superb funny farce. Eric Swan (aided by his Uncle George and unbeknown to his wife, Linda) has pocketed thousands of pounds through fraudulent DSS claims. When Norman Bassett (the lodger) opens the door to Mr Jenkins, the DSS Inspector, deceptive mayhem follows — as do the undertaker, bereavement counsellor, psychiatrist, Norman’s fiancee, a corpse and the ominous Ms Cowper.

This riotous farce by Michael Cooney debuted in 1996 at Theatre Royal Windsor directed by his father, Ray Cooney. With such a pedigree this one is a real ‘must see’!
