WELCOME TO THE ALBRIGHTON PLAYERS WEBSITE
Thank you for visiting the Albrighton Players website. This site has been produced to give the public easy access to information on our society. You can find more information on our next play, book tickets online, browse our previous plays or find out how to contact us.

Albrighton Players is an amateur group producing a wide range of plays three times a year. We meet on Mondays and Thursdays at Albrighton County Junior School, Newhouse Lane, Albrighton from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Please contact us if you are interested in any aspect of being involved in our drama group.
The group has grown and diminished in size over the years but continues to flourish. The Group currently has a membership of 40, which takes into account not only the actors, but also the Front of House, Back Stage and Stage and Lighting Crew.

Our choice of productions is varied and ranges from “The Killing of Sister George” by Frank Marcus to “A Chorus of Disapproval” by Alan Ayckbourn. Long may it continue to offer entertainment for the village of Albrighton.

After years of steadfast support our main sponsor, Building Design have decided to take a break from their longstanding commitment to us. Their support over the years has been invaluable and we would not be where we are without them. However, looking forward, we have been lucky enough to secure new sponsorship from other local businesses, the latest being SBBS scaffolding.
We would like to thank our sponsors both old and new for enabling us to put on a wide and varied programme.
